Our staff offers support for IT Governance that draws on years of experience at all levels of the IT organization. Services include Governance strategy, concepts, implementation roadmaps, planning, training, development of processes, templates, and managing documentation. We specialize in the support and implementation of Investment Baseline Reviews (IBR), Project Management Baselines (PMB) reviews, and Acquisition Approvals Requests (AAR). Develop all necessary guides, templates, processes, examples & training materials that will be provided by our team. Also, our team will provide training, reviews and analyze submissions, facilitation of IBR and PMB meetings, and generate reports to executives and any specified stakeholders.
Our staff wrote the book on managing projects in the Government sector. Literally; we co-authored the PMI®’s Government Extension to A PMBOK Guide®, The Standard for Program Management (3rd ed.), and The Standard for Portfolio Management (3rd ed.). Our team is certified and experienced in all project and project management methodologies including, but not limited to, Waterfall, Phase-Gates, Agile, SAFe and Spiral development.

Our staff will work with your senior leadership to determine the best EPMO strategy, goals, mission, and vision unique to your circumstances; define strategic outcomes and performance metrics; develop an EPMO Roadmap, approach, processes identification, and categorization. We will also map EPMO Functions with EPMO services; define the steps for implementation and path to maturity; identify risks; prepare briefings, and support EPMO charter and Concept of Operations development.

Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) is a Federal-specific service we offer to Government clients. However, the principles and benefits of this method can be applied to private IT industry projects as well. Our staff will develop CPIC guides, briefs, and materials; advise Investment Managers on how to handle issues; and provide support for monthly and annual updates, CPIC submission to OMB, and artifact development.

Our staff is trained to provide support for the full schedule management lifecycle including schedule development; maintenance; tracking and statusing; reporting; time and spending reporting; master schedules development; schedule template development and other related services. Our specialists are experienced schedule managers who have managed multiple projects, master projects, and cross-project schedules. We are versed in MS Project, MS Project Server, and Primavera. Our specialists can support annual Budget Formulation and Spent Planning by developing plans, timelines and briefings for IT project, program, and investment managers and teams; conduct discussions and provide guidance on budget estimation; creating templates and issuing data calls; as well as consolidating and summarizing data.

Using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies, we will train your team, define the backlogs, create Kanban boards, and implement the compliant team structure. We also provide daily Scrum management and backlog management.
